THERE ARE STILL SHEEP THAT HAVE GONE ASTRAY
Matthew 18:12 - “If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them wanders away, what will he do? Won’t he leave the ninety-nine others on the hills and go out to search for the one that is lost?"

EVANGELISM IS ..... Go. It’s the last command Jesus gave us in Matthew 28:18-20. We call it the Great Commission. We also call it evangelism. Whatever we choose to call it, Jesus instructed us to do it.
At its core, the Great Commission, evangelism, is sharing the good news of salvation, forgiveness, and grace. Without those things, we would all be lost without hope, without a Savior, and would have to endure the consequences of sin—death.
Our world is bombarded with the consequences of sin. Everywhere we turn, we see the effects of a fallen world and many who live without hope. Someone must share hope with them. Jesus said it’s us. You and me.
Jesus specifically asked you to pray to the Father and ask Him to send workers into the field (Matt. 9:37-38). What is the field? The world without a Savior, hopeless and without eternal life. Who are the workers? They are people like you. Jesus wants people to find salvation and enjoy eternal fellowship with Him. He wants His workers to preach the Gospel. He has given the command "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations," (Matt. 28:19). Your witness will at times be verbal and other times will be a responsive action. But either way, you need to pray and ask God to give you strength, love, and insight.
Pray for compassion for the lost. Compassion is a necessary element in sharing the Gospel. It motivates you to speak, to teach, and to pray for others to come into the kingdom of God. Compassion helps you to cry over the lost and to come to God in humble request for their salvation. Paul said, "Brethren, my heart's desire and my prayer to God for them is for their salvation," (Rom. 10:1).
Pray for the desire to share the Gospel. Pray this regularly and watch the Lord change you and give you a desire to reach out and tell people about Jesus. God will grant your prayers and joy will fill your heart as you fulfill the command of God.
Pray for boldness. Pray for the courage to step out in faith and speak up when needed. Many Christians are apprehensive because speaking a word for the sake of the Lord can be challenging in an ever-increasing God denying world. Boldness gives you the courage to speak the truth against lies and to see victory for victims. Ask God for it. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and discipline. Therefore go without shame with the testimony of our Lord," (2 Tim. 1:7-8).
Below are a couple of videos explaining about Jesus and what He went through for us on the Cross.
Feel free to share with your family and friends who are searching for truth.
